The card of Rinoa can be obtained early at the beginning of the second disc when you have control over Selphie. When you are controlling her and two other members, you can return back to Deling City and visit Rinoa's father. Her father is pretty much playable for the entire game, and he is also one of the thoughest one, because he asks a favor to you.

General Caraway will only use his daughters card if you loose your Ifrit card to him, so please do not have lost this card before-hand, or I'll have to order you to try and grab it back. Playing a game of cards with Caraway is not easy due to fact he has learned some rules, but if you are good enough, this shouldn't take too long.

Numbers

The numbers of Rinoa's card contains two strong numbers at the left and right, while the up and down numbers are extremely weak. There are only three cards containing two A, the Edea card and Doomtrain card. Moving this card on the mat would only be recommened as last, due to it's weak spots.
