Adel

There is no interaction between Adel and Rinoa and like Squall, there is no reason to hate each other, because they do not know each other, but because Adel possesses her and tries to damage everyone around she can say that Adel is a evil sorceress, so it might be some hate.

Rinoa agreed in the first place to get used by Adel in order to go to the future, Rinoa knew what she had to do. I doubt it will ever get to a friendship, because well Adel is death by the way.

Ultimecia

Like Squall, there hasn't been any interaction between Ultimecia and Rinoa, not is the sort of conversation. Rinoa did see Ultimecia for numerous of times, only she was possessed in the body of sorceress Edea. Rinoa had some kind of communication as a sorcerss in this way to Ultimecia, so she might really feel how evil Ultimecia really is.

A lot of people might seem to think that Rinoa and Ultimecia are the same person, but I think otherwise. Ultimecia is far to big, bigger boobies and differerent facial expression to match it with Rinoa, to me Quistis is a far more look alike then Rinoa does, but I'm not gonna wind it all in this section.

Rinoa and Ultimecia are not good friends, hell far from friends. It was also Ultimecia's fault that Rinoa almost lost Squall in the first place.
