Unlike most of the other heriones, Rinoa is quite the open book. Born and raised in Deling City, Rinoa was educated well and beloved by both her parents. Because of this Rinoa isn't afraid of holding her frankness to herself and becomes rather outspoken about her feelings and quite populair amount other people.

Rinoa's life quiet changed after the death of her mother and the rather overprotective her father has become.  How stubborn these two can be, they never admit to the other one whom is at fault or who is quilty of a action that could lead in hurting someone, yet the fights do insist on hurting one another. After her death, Fury became more interested in his work, rarely home, this kinda neglected feeling brings her closer to people that are always there for her, so this might be a reason why she is a rebel. Scared of loosing his only daughter, Fury becomes to protective and does everything to hold her in the house, yet escaping for quite a times, Rinoa starts to recents her father.

At this point of view it is clear that Rinoa didn't had the perfect childhood as many people might see of her anxious and rebelled nature. Growing older and finding the truth 'bout her nation and the army, she leaves to Timber, one of the cities that is under major treaths of the Galbadian Army.

Rinoa might be seen as a rebellious young woman, yet she does to right and only believes in the things that are right in her opinion, therefore she joins one of the organizations in Timber to find more 'bout the secrets of Galbadia and to free Timber.

How much her life has end and how much times she escapes to be free, the honesty and endurance of her mother have been kept secure in the deepest corner of her heart. Rinoa is a girl that likes to have someone close to herself, someone that listens to her feelings, so she would express them even more, rather then being alone. Feelings that captivate her heart of being alone came to exist through that her father was gone most of the times, she doesn't want this feelings alone, so she would go to everyone knowing that with her personality she can make friends easily.

Rinoa is full of honesty and caring, she believes what is right and achieves that by telling others what is wrong, right and what should change and how. Rinoa likes to express her feelings on that niveau and many people seem to respect her in that opposition. Dreams, feelings and opinions are never holded back in her heart, words like these have to come out or else she feels much more captivated by her heart then she once was.

Her words like this can change a person's life, they would try look like her and think, maybe are jealous of her open personality. Yet how much she talks, she beholds words that would hurt somebody, easily taking the pain upon herself and confessing that she had said something wrong in a really nervous, yet understandable way.
