Seifer Almasy

It is still not certain how Rinoa and Seifer actually met, it can either be in a mission, a battle or by Seifer flirting with her, but because Rinoa is kind of defended with the flirting, it might be that the last one didn't happen.

Whatever would have happend, Seifer and Rinoa started it of with a great relationship, strange enough Seifer was friendly against Rinoa, like he could open up his mind and feelings. After a while the relationship just started to grow more and many believed they actually had a "relationship", but that actually never happend.

Rinoa expressed her feelings by saying that she though was in love with him, but never asked herself that question if she loved him and if he would love her back. Rinoa couldn't find an answer on this question, but later it is stated that she looked up to Seifer as a idol/brother, someone she never had after her mother died. Seifer did not return or show the feelings of love, so it was meant that he didn't love her, neither did she, she just looked up to him, someone she feels save with and changed the feelings in her thought that it was, which wasn't.

Rinoa then discovered who Seifer really was when he became a sorcerss knight. Rinoa started to recent him more and even hated him, but at Lunatic Pandora she stated to him that this wasn't him, that she knows his true personality and desires. Rinoa still cares about him, because she knows who he really is, but Seifer was way to far of to remember this buy.

Many people still see it that Rinoa is a slut, because she comes from Seifer to Squall, but she didn't even love Seifer, just idolized him, like Squall did to Ellone. Rinoa started to like Squall a couple of day's later, when she actually started to know him more. It may seem odd, but I believe this may be Square-Enix fault, because they made it happen to fast. Either way if you look indept in the relationship, you might view that they weren't lovers, but friends.

Fujin, Raijin

Wherever Seifer might be, Fujin and Raijin are supposely there aswell, so it would be strange if they wouldn't know Rinoa at all.

Rinoa might not have seen them much, it is likely that Fujin isn't too fond of Rinoa, because Seifer changes around her. Rinoa might have had a great communication with Raijin, but Fujin might have kept distance and or wishing for Seifer not to go.

I don't know wether they accepted Rinoa or have ever real communicated with her, I think Rinoa would love to have met them again, but even so everything changed when Seifer took turn. Rinoa did not really interact with them later on, except in Lunatic Pandora where Squall had to turn over Rinoa, which he refuses.

If Seifer might change, Fujin and Raijin can change aswell, to follow him. There is change that they might agree with each other.
