Rinoa's duster is made of the woollen material and reaches down to her ankles. The front consist of two buttons that hold the duster on it's place, the farrest button is used to hold the duster on it's place, at the back you can clearly see how tight the duster is. Also by looking at the back of Rinoa, you might possible think that she wears a dress, even so it is half open at the front.

Another fact is that the side of the duster goes to the back, it does not hang loose at the side. You can clearly see her skirt and short from the side. The scene with the hug, shows us the view that the duster is baggy, the rest of Rinoa's duster in the beginning of the movie are correct, though.

On the back are a pair of white painted wings, considerably the logo of the resistance faction Forest Owls. Later they did become part of the angel symbol.

She wears a v-form t-shirt that is located under the duster and is sleelvess. The straps sometimes comes out from under the duster. The total lenght isn't know of the shirt, but it sure isn't known as a top.

Rinoa wears a boxer-short, most known by riders, and ends mid heigh above the knees. There are two zippers located on each trouser part of the short, not is know what use it has.

More above, Rinoa wears a skirt and is far darker blue then the rest of the outfit, it has dark and light parts in it, considerable denim material. The skirt is cylindrical and closed at the front with three metal buttons. Supposely the skirt is to be put on by puttng around her weist, not by stepping in like any normal skirt.

As same material as her duster, she wears arm warmers located on both her arms. There is no specific use of these warmers, but it does protect her against her own weapon and it does fit with the outfit. Both the upper and bottom side are balanced to keep the warmers on it's place.

On her left upper arm, Rinoa wears a black leather ribbon, rumors say it is a rebelling sign or a sign that she is in mourning, even so it makes the outfit complete. To my speculation, I think that the ribbon has to be put on my moving it to the desired place, not by opening. 

Rinoa also wears black leather boots to match it with her outfit. There are five holes at each side, but only the upper two holes are not in use. The boots also consist out of two buckles, one located on top with a metal plate and the other at the back, these two buckles are attached to each other. Like any normal leather shoes, there is a protective shield surrounding the boots.
