Zell Dincht

Zell and Rinoa have developed quite a relationship, which strokes people in the RinoaxZell relationship. I honestly think they do not belong to be a couple. The reason for that is their diffency in personality. They are both open and determined, and this might make them great friends.

My conclusion is the fact that Zell does have a crush on someone and that they might know too much of from each other that could make it rather a boring relationship, so they might be better of as friends. Rinoa also needs someone that openly makes her feels save, dissapoints her same as makes her happy. A relationship between Zell and Rinoa might not only make it a boring relationship, but it might endanger their friendship later on if they were to break.

On a other note, they are great as friends, they share their feelings and problems and help each other, they like to tease each other and that might make a wrong impression, but it's nothing like that.

Zell might endear Rinoa a lot and he might have known that Rinoa had a crush on Squall before Rinoa even started to noticed herselfs, but soon she started to wonder about her feelings for Squall. This can clearly seen in the scene in the cantine. Zell understands Rinoa and helps her in making a copy of Squall's ring as a true friend would do, Zell is just to helpfull and that might make a different outcast to most people. I sometimes just don't get where you get these ideas...

Quistis Trepe

Quistis and Rinoa are far from similar and that may explain why they couldn't agree with each other's opinions. To Quistis, Rinoa is far to open for her to understand the words she meants, because Quistis herself likes to hold it mature.

In my opinion Quistis didn't dislike Rinoa at all, she wasn't sure what she would do with Squall. Like a sister she protected Squall and became what to bolt to Rinoa, that might dissapoint herself in the situation of what Squall or Rinoa really wants. After her statement, she regretted it because she knows Rinoa didn't deserve it, Rinoa is open and honest, Quistis just didn't see this or wouldn't accept.

Infact, Quistis soon knows or feels about Rinoa's feelings to Squall and yes, Quistis might have been jealous that she would loose Squall for always, but in the end she didn't care, because Squall needed someone that could bring him happiness and statements all day true, someone he wouldn't be boring of, someone not similar to himself.

Quistis knew later on that her feelings aren't love, but she accepted soon before it that Rinoa was the perfect hitch for Squall. Quistis herself was the object of the relationship between Squall and Rinoa, the change that Rinoa brought to Squall, helped realise how perfect they are. Rinoa doesn't communicate that much with Quistis, just to know that she was the one that helped in giving Squall the two right decisions to save Rinoa.

Quistis and Rinoa know each other much better, so they might understand each other and become great friends.

Irvine Kinneas

Rinoa and Irvine have similar affections, yet they use it on many different ways. From the first moment, Rinoa was aware of Ivine's personality, because of his flirting with ladies.

Supposely Rinoa get's annoyed by these types of men that chases woman and flirst. Like Squall, Rinoa might have a wall around her, which nice words or flirting doesn't get to her, so she stay's clear on it.

So the relationship between Rinoa and Irvine didn't work, until Irvine himself deciced to become his serious self. Rinoa starts to accept Irvine as a friend, because he helped her get over fear in Trabia Garden and commanded Squall to go rescue Rinoa before she would fall of the cliff.

Rinoa and Irvine might get along very well if they both could accept the other's wrong points and think about their good ones.

Selphie Tilmitt

Like Zell, Selphie and Rinoa might become one of the greatest friends ever. They share the same personality, Selphie quite spirited then Rinoa is, they start a great relationship from the beginning, even though there aren't much events that takes place between them in the game.

Supposely Rinoa and Selphie might walk around much with each other, Selphie sometimes knowing more about Rinoa then anybody else does. It's a shame that aren't too much interactions between Rinoa and Selphie, they might have made more jokes in the game.

Not is known how they are gonna interact in the future, but things seems clear by their personality and hobby's.
