Not much to be said about this one... I just think it's so cute to capture some of the moments during which Ellone was able to live a normal childhood.

While living with Raine and Laguna, Ellone was able to speak whatever came to mind, without fear of reprecussions.

Ellone: Raine... Aren't yoo gonna marry Uncle Laguna?
Raine: A guy like that? He was carried in here crying like a baby, and I was the one who had to take care of him... His crude way of speaking... I don't know if his aspirations as a journalist... Every time I try to have a serious conversation, he avoids it... I can't stand his snoring and he talks in his sleep...
Ellone: But he's really nice! I really, really like him! Raine, Uncle Laguna, and Elle should all be together!
Raine: ...But you know... I think what he really wants to do is travel all over the world. I don't think he has it in him to live in a quiet country town like this one. Some people are like that... Ouuu, it makes me so mad.

Ellone, playing matchmaker. I love Raine's description of Laguna, haha. Crying, snoring, crude, goofy, and talks in his sleep... What a macho man. :P Why do we all love him again?

Laguna: Ellone!!!
Ellone: Uncle Laguna!
Laguna: See...I told ya I'd come save you... [Laguna picks up and hugs Ellone] Sorry I'm a little late, but...
This isn't profound or anything, but I just think Laguna's true personality shines through really great here--he isn't a serious person at all, but he's loving and deeply devoted. I love the way that was portrayed, especially with Ellone.
Quotes and dialogue from the "present", or as Ellone is an adult:
01. To Squall; Disc 3, Ragnarok
Ellone: You can find out things about the past you never knew. And from what you've learned, you may see some things differently in the present. You're the one that changes. Not the past.
That quote sums up everything Ellone learned while delving into the past and attempting to change it. It's a little bit of wisdom that makes a lot of sense, don't you think? ^_^
02. With Squall; Disc 3, Ragnarok
Ellone: I remember those eyes. You just looked at me with the same eyes you had when you were little. Those curious, innocent, puppy dog eyes. I loved those eyes.
Squall: That's in the past.
Ellone: That's right. What's important is right now. I finally realized that.
This goes hand-in-hand with the previous quote as well. It's not as profound as the prior quote, but it does hold a lot of value--"what's important is right now". That was a major theme again, mostly upheld by Rinoa but obviously backed by Ellone's newest discovery.
